Nordstroms- returned shoes question..

When I worked at Nordstrom (about 8 years ago) returns that were used/worn were marked MOS or some other 3 letter acronym. They were then returned to the vendor depending if it's a quality issue or I believe eventually trashed.

Question:

I bought shoes at Nordstrom, Jessica Simpson Heron pumps, while I love themm, I thought they fit perfectly in the store, and then I wore them out, and they were big and hard to walk in because they were big! They got scuffed from going on the concrete. Will they return them?

I bought a $600 pair of Ferragamo's for a black tie event. They were horrible and killed my feet-I had to take them off because I was teary eyed from walking in them. I took them to Nordstrom and returned them. Of course the manager got involved and probably though I was just some young gal that only bought them to wear them and return them. I firmly told her how I was barefoot and a black tie and refused to keep them...seemed to shut her up.

But, yes they will return them if you wore them. They're not supposed to after so many years (they're starting to change their policies)
