Does makeup go on sale as well? I had gotten a few foundation samples last time I was at Nordstrom and was wondering if to wait until the sale to buy a full size bottle.

Very specific items will. It's unlikely that something already available will be discounted, it usually is some made for sale item, a set, or just a special GWP but the foundation itself will probably not be on sale unless it's in a set.
