I’m still stalking the mixed media dress that got cancelled on me twice, but I did manage to finally get the Save the Duck Caroline coat. I ordered it the first day Ambassadors could shop, and it showed preparing to ship for about 12 days before it was canceled. :annoyed: Really annoyed but not deterred! Got a pop back and it’s ready for pick up. After all that I hope I like it when I pick it up!

I did stop at the store recently to pick up pants that were altered and found these Sweaty Betty Explorer Tapered pants. I love them! They’ll be great for travel, and I’ve already been wearing them to run errands and walk. I’m tempted to grab another pair. They might be a little short on someone taller though. I’m 5’5” and they’re just a tad above my ankle.

I also found the Varley half zip at the store. The SA told me it was returned the night before so I lucked out. It’s a large, but I don’t look like I’m swimming in it. it just looks oversized.

Last thing I might consider is the Le Crueset Braizer. If I use my notes it would be a great deal. Reviewers say it has arrived damaged so I’m a bit hesitant.

Did you end up keeping the hoops? Are the diamonds actually sparkly?

My mom lost a hoop earring while shopping the anniversary sale with me and I was thinking of getting her these as a replacement for her upcoming birthday.

I have these sheets & the duvet cover as well. They have definitely soften up now & I really love the cooling feel.

Some final purchases this week that I'm keeping -

The Wacoal back appeal bra

Very comfortable and true to size. Color burlwood is darker than the taupe and beige I usually buy but looks good under any darker color I would wear. Good quality and provide good shaping and support.

I normally take a large in outerwear but this looked boxy so I sized down to a medium and the fit is great. I like the drawstring at the waist feature to allow some shape. The pockets are well placed and the hood has some soft lining in it. I'm sure this is a repeat from previous Anni Sales so I'm glad it was offered again this year. Had it in and out of my bag/wish list since the sale started and finally purchased this week.

One purchase being returned is https://www.nordstrom.com/s/ecco-st...personal&color=155&size=9-9.5us / 40eu&width= The sneaker was cute, fit was good and it was very comfortable. The issue was the tongue on this style is not soft enough or padded and kept hitting the top of my foot.

Waiting on one more item I hadn't notice until I saw it in a posting a while back

I sized down so I am not sure how this is going to fit but I have a similar cardigan I bought after Christmas at Nordstrom and had to size down 2 sizes for a proper fit. I really love the blue color blocking in the sweater and that it's 100% cotton. Just hope its not too thick of a knit.

I really enjoyed the sale this year - Can't believe tomorrow is the final day. Thanks to everyone for posting. You are all generous and helpful in your remarks and hope you all had a great sale too.

Lol this is so funny, i saw that same cardigan and fell in love. I didnt buy it yet but I 100% will in the near future. The color is gorgeous, actually several of nordstrom brands current colors are beautiful and work super well for my complexion!!!

Indeed, the Sweaty Betty Explorers were on my first purchase load :blush: , and they are among my favorites. (I have them in other colors, too, and they've hold up really well!)

I got mine in the mail the day I left for a trip. I just got back last night and had a chance to try mine on today. I am really disappointed because it's gorgeous and IMHO the white tipping detail on it makes it look very elevated and sophisticated, but at 5'0" it extends past my knees and looks pretty ridiculous on me. I also hadn't realized that there aren't any snaps or buttons to keep the "sleeve" area secured, so I pretty much know that between that and the fact that it's so long on me, I would have trouble keeping it on. Unfortunately, it will have to be a return for me. :(

Well I had to make a trip into store to get some alterations done along with a bit of returns. Of course I had to take a gander around. And may or may not have come home with these pieces.

Online pics do not do them justice, which is why I hadn't ordered this far.

I will say I’m debating keeping the cardigan because of the material make up. But it has POCKETS and looks GREAT with the charcoal turtleneck.

Anyway. Here goes:

Vince cardigan I bought the black size small. I looked at the camel but the black looked richer.
Vince wool sweater charcoal size small. This is a beautiful sweater. I love that it’s longer and can be folded under without bulk.
Vince ribbed top in a size large. This is 80% cotton and short sleeve and will be great for the office and layering. I for whatever reason hate buying items for my summer closet so this will be a great addition.

All three pieces I saw online and passed right by them but in person, and trying on made all the difference.

I think I’m officially done! It’s been another great year with you all! My favorite time of year for sure.

I'm really curious about the color! I hope it looks similar to the website photo in person. :flowers:
