Half of my order for my son is stuck “in progress” for over a week now. I am afraid it will get cancelled which is not a big deal. But he was really looking forward to a cozy robe.

I was late to the Madewell daily deal bag and it sold out. Will someone post a photo/screenshot of the bag for me? I read here it has an orange strap but online it looks red? Is it the same bag? Curious to see what you all got!

Oh that makes sense. The first time I bought it I went up a size which turned out to be too big! I was able to get my normal size when they restocked. Finally on its way now! How do you like it?

Did anyone here buy the Charlotte Tilbury eyeshadow set?

I’m tempted but the Golden Eclipse colour looks very close in tone to Bette/Amber Gold, which I already have.

I’d be grateful if someone who’d bought the set could share swatches!

I didn’t purchase this set, because I have about 3 full size pots on the go, but this blogger has swatches of the set. Hard to be certain, but I think Bette is quite different, IMO

Thank you! I follow The Beauty Look Book as well, it’s a great blog :) I think I’ll just go to the store and check, a friend told me they associates will swatch a product with cotton swabs and then sanitize.

Regarding the mislabeled fabric - to me this is intentional and inexcusable. I ordered the Vince floral dress before they updated the fabric. I noticed the error before I even had it out of the dress bag. It looked so. Cheap. I tried it on and it was cute but not $230 cute. Itchy, felt gross. So I looked up the style on the Vince website. Lots of colors, identical dress. Listed at $345. What price did Nordstrom list it at for the “non sale” price? $445. For a cheap, simple sack of polyester. I mean, the stitching looked awful. It looked like Forever21. The dishonesty and just grossness of it upset me a lot. TLDR - there are great brands discounting high end items for this sale - Barbour, Paul Green, etc. But some of the items are actually a rip off.

They do! I think I noticed it on their website and googled it. They offer military, student and teacher discounts of 10%. I had to prove I’m eligible. Now it’s automatically taken off my cart.
