NM Cartier sale - my new LOVE

OMG I love it!! Ok. Hopefully I am not being too nosy, but I need to ask a few questions. How much was it? Is this a new piece? I don't recall seeing it online or in the Cartier boutiques. Do you think that if I went to my local NM or online, it would be available? This would make a great gift for my sister! Thank you!
