I myself have a black lambskin version (see album). It is rare, and part of the 4-series (1995-1997). I remember one of our members has a red version posted on tPF. Nicole Richie looks great with hers.
It is quite fantastical but I decided to search eBay and found 4 double faced flaps in black patent! This itself is unusual... so here's some eye candy for fans of this particular design in various sizes:
