I think it is the lipstick. Either redder than what she usually wears or more matte.

It always looks flat and greasy, doesn't it?

For years, I thought it was a wig, but I saw a photo of him on the beach (he's so much shorter without his lifts!) and his hair was wet and back and I realized he actually has his own hair.

He looked so much better with his hair slicked back. Anything is better than that flat, greasy, straight down the sides of his face look he seems to love.
