Nicole Kidman was not invited to daughter Isabella Cruises wedding last month, and the Australian actress had no idea the nuptials a secret Scientology ceremony were even happening.
Were told devout Scientologist and proud father-of-the-bride Tom Cruise did attend the wedding at Londons Dorchester Hotel, despite reports he wasnt there, and sources tell Page Six the date and location were arranged so the star could attend.
The wedding was a Scientology ceremony, a source familiar with the family told Page Six. Nicole wasnt there she didnt even know about it at all.
We hear that Cruise had been in Europe before the wedding on Sept. 18, and it was all arranged so he would be there, which he was.
Cruise had previously been in China, where his latest film, Mission: Impossible Rogue Nation opened Sept. 8.
Bella reportedly married a British IT consultant named Max Parker, whom shes dated for under a year, at a small ceremony. Cruise is said to approve of the union, having spent time with her daughters paramour before they wed, and the star even footed the bill for the fête.
Kidman and Cruise adopted Isabella, 22, and son Connor, 20, in the 1990s, and the kids were brought up as Scientologists. Kidman and Cruise divorced in 2001 and Kidman left the church. Shes previously said of the kids, They live with Tom, which was their choice, and, Ive chosen not to speak publicly about Scientology. I have two children who are Scientologists Connor and Isabella and I utterly respect their beliefs.
Kidman also has two kids with current husband Keith Urban.
Australian magazine Womens Day first published pics of Isabella and Maxs nuptials, which show the bride in a short white dress and the bridesmaids in quirky pink jumpsuits.
Reps for Cruise, Kidman and Scientology didnt get back to us. The Dorchester declined to comment.

“We got married very quickly and we got to know each other when we were married,” Nicole said (via Us Weekly). “I wanted a partner and someone to share my life. I wanted more children. That’s happened for me. It’s not through just luck. I was open to it and willing to change and welcome the change I got to have a child when I was 41 and then we had a surrogate.”
