Ah, the infamous pregnancy lips!! If Nicole and Kim K are anything to go by, I hope I will not suffer from this condition
Also, to me, Nicole has been downright scary looking for years! The eyebrows, the.. everything. Looks like a wax figure.
Pregnancy lips and nose do exist, but we know with these heffas it just plain plastic surgery and fillers.
Yeah I don't know how that happens... I guess when everything is tight and pinched, so is the nose?

The little girls spent the set of American Idol with their famous dad on Thursday and the singer was making sure he spent the maximum amount of minutes with pair.
As Faith Margaret, four and Sunday Rose six, looked up at their doting dad, the judge on the reality show checked his watch to make sure he wasn't late for his next filming call.

Dressed down in an all black ensemble, Keith, 46, was in stark contrast to his daughters.

Meanwhile Faith Margaret seemed to be taking everything in her stride.
We're with that guy: While the crew wore identifying lanyards to ensure security was tight, Kieth's two daughters were familiar faces on set and happily wandered through the site without wearing lanyards
Both girls wore what seemed like their best dresses - Faith wore a dark purple frock decorated with shimmering cutouts and a tulle trim.
Her hair was worn in two cute plaits, tied with matching purple hair bands
Older daughter Sunday Rose wore her auburn hair loose - which is a very similar shade to her mother Nicole Kidman.
It was adorned with a blue bow in a shade darker than her short-sleeved turquoise dress, which had a gold leaf pattern embroidered across the front

Both girls had matching silver pumps with a blooming grey fabric flower on each toe.

Despite their glamorous lifestyle, A-list couple Keith and Nicole are raising their daughters to appreciate the simple things in life, like roughhousing with dad.
"I just love waking them up in the morning and taking them up to bed at night,' Keith said in an interview with People magazine. 'They always want to get piggybacked downstairs in the morning, but theres two of them, so I have to piggyback them both, and they dont want to do it separate It keeps me in very good shape. Its a beautiful thing, really.'

Nicole and Keith released a joint statement in January 2011, revealing daughter Faith Margaret was born to a surrogate at The Women's Hospital at Centennial Medical Center in Kidman and Urban's adopted hometown of Nashville.
The actress already has a five-year-old daughter, Sunday Rose, with Urban, plus adopted children Isabella, 21, and Connor, 19, from her previous marriage to Tom Cruise.

Kidman added that Faith Margaret's name was inspired by her own family and adopted southern hometown.

The star has recently come under fire for spending less time with Isabella and Connor despite protesting her deep love for them, but explains the age gap between them and her younger children complicate dynamics.
