Paris Hilton’s younger sister, Nicky Hilton is planning launching her own hotel.

The younger Hilton is planning on renovating two old buildings to create the Nicky O South Beach project in Miami later this year.

The hotel will be comprised of 94 rooms; will feature it’s own signature scent and entertainment news tickers will be installed in all elevators…nice touch.

Hilton will be designing the interior of the hotel; confident that the project will be a success she is already thinking about a second hotel in Chicago.

According to Handbag.com, Hilton said: "I've been around hotels my whole life, and I know a good hotel when I see one."
