I wear titanium earrings mostly, although I just bought a few pairs of Niobium ones from an Etsy seller.
http://www.etsy.com/shop/Element41?ref=pr_shop_more She custom makes them and can make them in any color. I chose silver for pair and copper for the other.
I can't wear those "nickle free" or "sensitive ears" earrings, silver or white gold. I did just recently discover that I might be able to wear yellow gold. They bothered me a little for a day or two but were fine after that.
These are my daily earrings:

I also have a pair of the earwires from that brand and I can still buy fashion earrings, take them off the hook they are on, add a ring and then I can just swap out whatever onto my earwires.
If you go to Etsy and search for titanium earrings or Niobium Erraings, a TONE of things come up...hopefully something to match anyones style.

I'm allergic to EVERYTHING except platinum. I don't think I've tested 24k lately... but my 18K Van Cleef studs bug me after a few days and silver after a day. My new diamond studs are platinum though and don't bother me at all!! YAY! :)

That's a shame. Can you wear platinum?
Yep. That and stainless are all that seem to work for me.

I've tried nail polish, I've tried putting them in with neosporin, it doesn't matter. When gold touches my skin, it literally "boils" my skin. It's so gross I don't even know how else to describe it.
