Yes, for someone who loves to read and loves luxury goods, there's nothing better than the book bag. She will be over the moon!

I'm totally drawn to it myself, but I just splurged on a Odeon MM and I'm mid 40s now so I don't get to carry "fun" pieces anymore.

Well, to be fair, I have been chomping at the bit to buy her a bag for years. Unlike her mom, she is not materialistic/into luxury and has been happily using my Coach hand-me-downs (from the 90/00s!) for years now.

Like you, I am in my 40s (ok, ok... late 40s) and wouldn't gravitate to a "fun" piece like this, but I will say, it's more discreet IRL. In photos, it is an in-your-face-book, but I don't think most people would notice it's a book when being used normally like a bag/WOC.

But another item, carryall pm (unexpected item not on my wish list) come home with me too as the airport boutique happen to have new stock for this yesterday morning. They both boarded the plane and came home with me. Also managed to visit Sydney SeeLV exhibit! Sharing my loot and some exhibit pics

I didn’t do it justice. It was bigger and better than pictured. I was so tired, it was the best I could do. LOL The workers at LV icn were super nice. Everyone said bye when I left. I kinda think they all had this bet going to see if I was really going to show up. I begged for them to hold the bag for me at the Seoul store (they don’t usually hold bags for you at duty free) and said they can hunt me down if I don’t show up to buy it. The best part of the trip this time around was to Busan. I don’t know if it’s because of that zombie movie but as we got close to the station there were bob-wires out.

Hi, like you I had the same great experience at the airport boutique at Sydney. I tried hunting speedy 20 with beige strap and side trunk a week before arriving Sydney during my road trip. Side trunk are not available but availablilty for speedy 20 pop up at the airport boutique. Through client services, a SA from that boutique reached out to me and will hold that item for me till I arrive at airport on day of departure. Few days later, though side trunk appears at their boutique but she cannot hold that for me as it only piece and was hot item. Overall, I am very pleased with their service extended to me esp to travellers. Getting items from airport is easier and prices already tax free. I visited Chanel boutique during my visit at Sydney but their service very meh, not as warm service I received from my visit at Sydney LV boutiques while I tried to hunt for side trunk there. I am very impressed indeed.
