I'm sorry you're not happy with it. I hope you can find some way to sell it or move it on. Yes, the problem with not seeing something in person is that is doesn't always work out the way you thought it would. I've ordered too many things without seeing them first and were stuck with them. I have to agree about the tumbled leather-you might not like that one either, as it might not have enough structure.

So may I suggest, start using the bag and hopefully you fall in love with the bag too. Or try to sell it. But just keeping it is probably the worst decision, because you would be always reminded of the "lost" money.
But whatever you decide, take your time and it will be the right decision for you.

I was like you-I was nervous at first about the scratches, etc. but I have learned to love all of the imperfections and have found these bags to be perfect as my everyday bags. I use a combination of a bucket and tote every day for work.

YES! I didn't realize they were SO creaky. It's really off-putting. I have never seen a bag so noisy.

When is the next relaunch? It just says march on their website. I have the large bucket in black and have never worn it yet. I feel like the mini bucket might suit me better...
