I've never had a problem getting the discount without a coupon. But usually if you go a day or two before the event, you can easily get one. Or at least here on Long Island at Roosevelt Field or Huntington Mall, never had a problem. The last two events, I had coupons but never needed took them out at the register. I always try to not use the coupon just so I know. The SA want all the sales they can get.

I got a coupon for a year solid, then nothing this last time. But by then I had a good relationship with my favorite SA, and she hooked me up without question. She also hooked up my good friend (who had bought something on my coupon the time before, at that same SA's prompting, so it wasn't entirely out of the blue) and said that if I don't get a coupon next time, she'll make sure I'm taken care of anyway. ***love***
