HI ladies, I'm thinking of getting a preloved calfskin lady dior from 2017 pretty good price as it comes with additional rainbow guitar strap as well.
How is the lady dior holding up for the leather and how bad does the DIOR charms scratch or dent the leather?

The charms don't normally scratch the bag. Their edges are buffed and smooth. As for denting the leather, they will only do that if the bag is stored improperly where the charms are pressed into the bag by something squeezing against them, or if the bag is set face-down on a surface (hope no one ever does that with any Lady Dior bag).
