I purchased this purse in September at the Beverly Hills Rodeo Drive store. (I adore this purse as it was a 40th bday present from my husband!)


I noticed the hinges started making a "croaking" noise about a week into using it. By the end of January, the left arm attached to the hinge snapped in two. I sent it back to Coach for repairs and they replaced it. It's March and just last week the opposite side snapped im two and had the "croaking" sound as soon as I opened it.


Has anyone else had this problem? My purse is the Parchment color and I love her soooo much! I don't want to have to find a new one to replace her!!!

I have one and have never had any issues. Mine is Ash color. But I haven't used it very much at all.

An excellent choice, Madame.

Love this bag. Gorg. Not sure about the creaking noises. They are still in the boutiques; take it in to your favorite store and sales associate and see what they say.
