Mansur Gavriel New styles being added?

I quite like the flat slides but they're not so unique that I'd stalk and put myself on a billion wait lists for them. I'd rather buy the same style from a different designer with plenty of inventory.

I'm hoping they're limited edition. I don't like the idea of MG growing their range of products so quickly. I thought the pace with the Lady's release was nice. I really like the mini Lady and the makeup pouches. And maybe one of those rounded bags as fun accessories.

more instagram update from MG - different colours in suede including rosa, flamma, royal and blu [emoji7]

and new colours - PLUM and BLUSH

p.s. that bag is called circle bag!

I like the novelty of the circle bags (very mod!) but I just don't see myself carrying them. Rather, I just want to pick a very fun color circle bag and display it on my art shelf at home. :p If only I had a bazillion dollars to do such things...

For those of you who like the printed/patterned bags from the upcoming collection, they are designed by Alexander Girard and sourced from a textile shop in San Francisco. These will be exclusive to Barneys. (source: vogue and fashionista)

They can't even keep up with demand for the items that they sell already. This is going to be interesting.

This is why I think they will eventually move their production somewhere cheaper that can mass produce quickly in shorter spaces of time before too long. I was called "cynical" in another thread for even suggesting it but I've seen it happen before.
Too big too fast and offering too much will lead to them having to seek alternative options for production.
I can see this being the end of who they were and I'm glad I got on board early to get the bags I have but as people have already noticed a slip in quality with the last launch I can see this is only going to get worse by adding more to an inventory they already can't keep up with.

Actually the circle bag would be nice to use a hat travel bag. If only they made it thicker on the side! I can't see how it can be used in every day life though. It's a bit too "Mad Men"

The circle bag is fun, but agree that it doesn't seem practical. I think it seems too soon(and too much) of an expansion when they are having trouble with demand. I think the quality could very well decline.

I like the suede.
