Thanks everybody! I do love her.
She's not really hurt, I'm just annoyed. I don't buy a full-price bag from the manufacturer for it to be shipped like it was packed by an inconsiderate eBayer. I don't understand why they can't at least leave the shoulder strap rolled up neatly. Why unpack and attach it just to fold it back down in the bag?

Shipping..... UGH. I received a Bar Stripe Borough Wednesday.... packed pretty much the same as yours... but in worse condition. Wrinkled and puckered leather, no stuffing in the bag, no care card and no price tag. I called my SA immediately (I was SO looking forward to this bag - it's the tan/cream/black stripe mini). She said bring it in, and she'd have them overnight me another. Nonetheless, I called JAX to complain too - they were very apologetic, and said all of their bags should be "pristine" when shipped. (ha ha... I can't count the bags with flaws I've received)... anyway, she suggested always ordering with a giftbox... I got the new one this morning - and it's fine. They do appreciated the feedback - and claimed they always report the "errors" to the shipping dept - so be sure and call JAX CS so they know how frequently it's happening.
