She has MM w/ the lock too. I forgot to ask what color for the MM.

The lock is removable and you can replace it with any cadenas (except the "H" one).

Yes, the strap is adjustable.

Thank you, thank you mylilsnowy. This has officially gone onto my going to get for sure in the future bags. I loved the cadenas but had no use for a cadena. Now I have a reason to buy it.
