I managed to get one of the og versions just before it was discontinued and was initially disappointed that I had purchased it with the new version appearing. I am now glad I have the original one as I really just want to chuck in my phone, keys and small wallet. I definitely need more or a bag than a woc style so the extra pocket wouldn't work for me on the new one. I also rarely use chain straps so that would be left in a drawer. It's good they have finally attached a crossbody strap, but I already have numerous straps I can attach to mine to make it crossbody.

If I didn't have the original version then I think would buy the new one as it is a great size bag. It was my go-to through both my babies when I was carting around nappy bags and wanted to keep my money and phone safely close to me. I really regretted selling it as the price more than doubled over a very short time after that.

My advice would be to buy now if you like it as I am sure the price will rocket in the next increase.

Agree that it depends on how you plan to use it. I have the original model in Monogram and the “old” NM in DE. I bought the former pre-loved, but purchased the latter directly from LV, only a few years back and the current model retails for three times what I paid. I personally don’t think it’s worth the price tag, and I’d rather have it without the internal zippered pocket because I only use mine as a pouch for miscellaneous items within a bag (occasionally have used as a “clutch” to carry phone, small wallet or card holder and keys). If you will use the chain and use it as a WOC of sorts, maybe the new style is worth it for you.

I also like the older versions. I have one in DA from 2007 and I can fit everything I need in it. Now one in monogram appeared and it is preowned from 2017 but the strap is missing :sad: do you think around 700$ is worth it or a total rip off? :biggrin: I cannot decide because I really like it and it is pretty hard to find where I am from and I know I can still purchase some new strap maybe..but oh god the price IS pretty crazy! Thanks

I was on the fence for a looong time but after I pulled the trigger and bought the new PA i kinda love it :D
I have the NM in Damier Ebene and the Multicolor blanc too and i feel like the canvas on the new one is softer, almost like the Speedy 30 Soft. I can fit more in the new one because of that.

Sometimes I connect the new one with either the NM or the Multicolor so it almost becomes like the Coussin ^^

I feel like the canvas on my new one is softer and more pliable (almost like the Speedy 30 Soft) so it fits the same or maybe even more than the NM.

Is it any larger than the traditional PA? I love my PA, I just wish it were a bit bigger. Thank you.
