Just bumping this thread. Can anyone confirm if the Anita Ko spike bracelets come in different sizes? I'm assuming yes, because Broken English has the "medium" version in yellow gold with the one pave spike for $4800 (https://store.brokenenglishjewelry.com/product-info.php?pid1513.html) and Webster Miami also has the yellow gold but for $3560 (http://www.thewebstermiami.com/spike-bracelet.html?___SID=U#) also with one pave spike but with what looks like fewer diamonds.
Has anyone seen the difference in size in real life? Is the difference substantial, as in the smaller version is a lot more delicate than the medium? TIA!

So funny - I really couldn't decide between 2 sizes, but ended up getting the medium one at Jeffrey's NYC. Here are couple pictures of the small and medium sizes. Small in white gold, medium in rose gold. I wanted to compare them with my love bracelet and Ballon Bleu. The small one kinda got lost especially when wearing it with a watch. Although there's not much difference between the sizes...HTH!

Thank you soooo much! This type of visual comparison was *exactly* what I was hoping for! And the icing on top was how you wore them next to a Love bracelet, which I am also planning on ordering soon! My goal is to get a 4-diamond WG love and a RG or YG Anita Ko spike bracelet. Wouldn't that be a pretty pairing? 
You have totally helped me figure out which size Ko bracelet to get...I think I may have to splurge and get the medium. The size difference is subtle, but detectable. Thank you again!! 
^^^ Ooooooor, another idea is to get the 10-diamond WG Love and then ask for the H collier de chien in black leather with YG for Christmas. I can't decide which pairing I'd like better!

Yay, I am glad I could help! I am picking up my bracelet next week. It was too big for me so they sent it out to the jeweler to get 2 links out, and my SA proposed to make spike earrings out of those links - such a great idea!
