New Perlee Collection

Bummer. Pink sapphires are considered a lot different than blue sapphires. Blue sapphires, rubies, and emeralds are considered precious gems, and of course priced higher and viewed as such.

Pink sapphires (and all other sapphire colors) are not in the same category (eg. pink / yellow sapphire Butterfly collection).

Well, now bummer..
I am certain VCA will not do it. Others have probably already asked is my guess too, but I am still going to try! They are offering emeralds and rubies in the new Perlee collection, so why not use a few of these stones for a bracelet. The stones are so tiny, value-wise, they are not worth much, so I would hope VCA will allow some SOs now.

That said… can’t wait to hear from my SA!

I was not suggesting that you request pink sapphires, I was just passing on the info that the Perlee clover can be SO in different stones. I only know about pink sapphires from one example, but I cannot say if other options are absolutely excluded. I think now is the time to ask about emeralds since they are introducing more emerald items into the standard line, but also I figure that there is no harm in asking, because even if the answer is most likely “No”, it is guaranteed to be no when the question is not asked. In my experience, I have requested items that have been approved at times and then declined later or the other way around, so as you know the rules are always changing.

Haha did someone say RG? … honestly if VCA did rubies or emeralds with the regular perlee bracelets in RG, I would be all over it! But, I am just not into pinks! I know I know this coming from a RG lover

I just ordered one through my SA. Well, I didn't "order one" like at a real store. After all, this is VCA, and there is always drama with ordering non-standard pieces.
My SA submitted the order is the more accurate definition. I am so excited!

Speaking of ordering...
I did not know this, but the Trace Chain only comes standard stock in WG as a 42cm chain (e.g. 16.5"). I wanted the Trace Chain in WG in the 70cm (27.5") length. However, the 70cm Trace Chain is only standard stock in YG.
My SA said it is mainly there for the Zodiac pendants. This means I had to request to order a WG 70cm Trace Chain. Such drama! If I wasn't such a purist to match brands, I'd just use any WG chain. It's just a stupid chain!

This is wonderful news! I am so happy for you. This is one of the best combinations I have heard suggested and I think it will be absolutely stunning.
I have been smiling to myself, because I just ordered the trace chain a few days ago as well. I think I will ask to have mine extended and see how that length goes.

I believe the small / medium refers to wrist size.
I tried on the all-diamond version (which is not a new release). Sadly but also luckily, it does not fit me well due to the size and curvature — it would shift a bit awkwardly when I move my wrist around.
It really is pretty tho!

Get the lapis if you love love love it, but not because it's the only one and it was offered to you.
Maybe ask yourself did you even like the Perlee dot pendant before all this marketing hype?
Did you even want anything Couleurs? This collection has been out for years.

You have a gorgeous Alhambra collection, and I can see you love Alhambra. To me, unless you really really really love the lapis dot pendant, I would stick with Alhambra and just hoard more Alhambra.

I can see why coral is not offered in the U.S. which is where I live. A lot of people will go bonkers as coral is a controversial stone.

The lapis, coral and turquoise are all very limited - I’m told that’s why they aren’t even advertising items with those stones in this collection. In fact, they aren’t even offering all ring sizes in those stones.
I’m in the minority here; but I love the rings - especially the rounded colored ones - they look very 1960s and remind me of VCA Heritage pieces.
Of course I want the coral or turquoise-

As a lapis lover, if it were me I’d get the pendant. It’s a small elegant pendant- and it will look lovely layered as well. It also has a retro vibe, IMO.
You are lucky to be offered such a unicorn.
The thing will be to make sure you like the stone you receive - lapis can vary in tone and depth.
