I believe we are referring to the pendant necklace that I referenced earlier in my post. Some of us, being "cat people" and cat owners, feel it reminds us of our felines at home and represents a panther/cat the best as the face is more well-defined than the bracelets and possibly some of the other items in the line. Also, the poster mentioned that the item is "the right size", not to big/oversized as some items in the line can be at times.

To me, the forehead of the pendant appears to be more pronounced than the bracelets, which gives a better representation of a real cat in my opinion (or rather my cat who has a shorter/more compact face) than a flatter forehead, which causes the overall shape of the head and face to be more oblong/longer so perhaps that's why it's more appealing to some of us.

That reminds me somehow of the frist time I went to cartier. I take my dad with me. He dosen't know cartier at all and how expensive it is. He looked at a picture of Grace Kelly and ask me who she is. "It is Grace Kelly. Ah we are at this price range now! :biggrin:" He still dosen't know how much my pieces cost and he never will. :biggrin: My dad would never pay so much for jewelry.

When I get my cleaning kit he asked me if he can have the little toothbrush because it is perfect for cleaning the drain. My toothbrush still only clean my cartier jewelry. ;) I'm glad he dosen't ask my SA for a toothbrush because he was too embarrassed to do that. I think I shouln't take him to cartier anymore. ;)

So I like the new pieces. :heart:

Had a nice online conversation with one of my SAs who showed me the new bracelet. Not too flimsy but it is a tube like the sm JUC. Easy to bend ... therefore easy to damage? Sizing is somewhere in between the reg and sm Loves. The head looks really nice like on the rings. However, the rear end seems somewhat oversized in comparison to the head - either the end is too dominant or the head is too small. Looks nice but fails to take my breath - and my money - away.

Moreover no WG. My SA thinks it's because the WG would be too soft. Dunno. YG or RG doesn't really work with diamonds; they only shine on WG. On the other hand w/o any diamonds sth seems missing plus you only get Tsavorites.

A tip to Cartier: Do a Panthère with Rubies. Think that woud le the killer item :smile:

Ugh I had hoped it would be a hinge closure. This is off the table for me. I wanted to get the one with half diamonds which is about 1.5 carats. But if it’s going to be flimsy like the sm juc I don’t think it will hold up well enough for me. Too bad.
