While Neverfull is a workhorse, but it is still a handbag, a handbag made of leather handles, trim and coated canvas, if carry heavy stuff frequently, of course it will show wear.
if someone used other brands or even other LV bags to carry laptop etc very heavy stuff frequently, the wear probably much worse.
