Thanks so much for sharing. Enjoy this little cutie!!Hi luvbags! This one was MIF. I don't have the old nano, so not sure about which one is thicker. The canvas on the speedy 20 is definitely thicker than the new nano. The vachetta is treated, so a little on the darker side.
Hello, for my speedy 20, I purchased a strap extender on Amazon and it was perfect! Enjoy! You're welcome, Bumbles! Both straps are too short for me. The 20 is maybe an inch or two longer, so not by much. They both look ridiculous on me, so I haven't used them at all. It's just been sitting in their dust bags. They seem to be well made with no issues from what I see. I'm so excited for you and your speedy. I can't wait for your unboxing.![]()
I messaged you my CA's info. The old nano speedy is a little bigger in height. The length is about the same.
Thanks for the tip.Hello, for my speedy 20, I purchased a strap extender on Amazon and it was perfect! Enjoy!
The new one is a little smaller height and width wise. It’s up to you if you want to cut the strap. I believe there’s a thread on here that covers that. You’re so lucky you got it before the price increase.I saw photos of the a side by side comparison of the new nano speedy vs the old one, it seems that it is smaller. Does it make sense to just cut the strap of the old nano speedy so I can use my adjustable monogram strap instead? I don't plan to resell it and I purchased it before the price increase.
The new nano speedy is shorter and the depth is less as well. The length is the same. I decided I wanted the larger nano so that is why I purchased the old nano about 1 month ago) and I just removed my strap by using a seam ripper to un stich the portion needed. O need not cut the strap. I have no regrets. I will order a vachetta strap as I do like the vachetta on this bag, however I am using my monogram bandouliere guitar strap with the nano speedy now. So much more of an elevated look imo. I will hold onto my original vachetta strap as a backup in case I want to attach it back.I saw photos of the a side by side comparison of the new nano speedy vs the old one, it seems that it is smaller. Oh interesting, yes I thought about using a seam ripper on it as well, is there any glue between the leather also after you rip the seams out?The new nano speedy is shorter and the depth is less as well. Yes, there is glue on the leather. So take the stitch out first. Then get the tip of your seam ripper and gently and carefully lift the edge of the end, the part that is bent over onto the strap and gently peel back with your finger (starting at the end further away from the D ring). It will open up. You will hear it peel back as the raw leather is separating. It will open right up and you can slide your strap out of the D ring! Hope that makes sense. Someone did do a short video on how they did it.Oh interesting, yes I thought about using a seam ripper on it as well, is there any glue between the leather also after you rip the seams out?

Yes I hear you. I totally get it. I was hesitate too even though I tried other straps on my speedy nano to get a feel of how I would like it (while hiding the vachetta strap) but the thought of removing it just didn't sit right. Then I finally popped the yellow stich on the top by the D ring on the side, and didn't look back. Now I'm glad I did it. I just purchased the round coin pouch that came from the multi pochette on Fashionphile. I have the monogram bandouliere canvas guitar strap. I did a pretty cool hack making my bandouliere longer so it can be crossbody and I attached the round pouch. I'll post a pic of my hack later on tonight. Stay tuned! Let me know if it's tacky or not! LolThanks, yes I am still a little nervous about cutting the strap. when I put it on, it lands a bit above my hip.
Hey! I just recieved mine and noticed the handles are squeaky. Are you experiencing the same? :/I’m excited that the new nano speedy launched today. My CA grabbed it for me when it hit the store. I would love to see everyone’s new nano speedy. It actually fits more than I thought it would including my iPhone max. View attachment 5311337View attachment 5311338View attachment 5311339
