Haven't noticed any discoloration yet, though I've worn it only twice to date. Will be super disappointed if it does start to discolor!
Here's what it looks like with the iPhone 6 in two different compartments. Fits easily in non-zipper one, and snugly in the zipper compartment. The wallet closes easily still. iPhone 6 Plus would likely fit in the non-zipper part, but not in the zipper part.

Thank you for the iPhone 6 plus note! I really want this WOC and am wondering; are u able to fit keys in there? I have three keys I carry daily and one of them being a car key.
You should be able to put your keys in the larger compartment, so long as they aren't too bulky.
