I just received mine also, I went with the Noir color, They were released for the stores to sell on Friday.
The bag is much lighter than it looks, great for a everyday bad.
It's a lot like a Soft-Lockit on the inside, but again much lighter, the two outside pockets have a magnet close, they work OK, not great.
The wide adjustable strap is a nice feature.

I think the bag is in line with other LV bags made from this type of leather, size and features.
To me it’s a cross between a Soft Lockit and a W-Tote, both about the same cost.

The strap is a little short for a cross body. I’m fairly thin and at the longest you could make it work.
But this bag is fairly heavy and I wouldn’t want to carry it that way.

Quick question- I just got the Haumea Mahina but am worried the corners/leather will get dirty for being an everyday bag. Did you use any leather protector/spray to prevent stains? (I also got the Magnolia color!)

It’s so unique and soft and so comfortable to wear. I love how it has silver hardware too, as I am more of a silver girl. Now the question is which organizer to get and what color! I think nutmeg or brown? The lining is so beautiful I definitely don’t want to destroy it.

Grey or brown for liner. I have this bag in pink and agree it is special.

Gorgeous bag. I would choose a little bit of colour to pop on the inside. like periwinkle. The outside is light and i would choose a light coloured inside.

It’s put away in my closet for the summer now, but I used it for 6 solid months. Pros: it’s big! I feel like I should have gotten a bigger organizer to shape it better, and I probably will eventually. Lots of pockets, and I love the front pockets for each reach for my phone. Cons: the strap isn’t my favorite, it’s pretty but not that comfortable, especially if it’s stuffed heavy. Also I had transfer from new jeans, but it is 95% gone with baby wipes, and the rest will probably fade with time. So this color definitely transfers! Be careful!

You verified my concern about the strap. It should be wider given the size of the bag. It's a beautiful bag. Will have to use a different strap with it.
