New LV Owner: Do You Use A LV Bag Charm On Speedy & Neverfull Mono?

New LV owner. Yesterday I took my Neverfull out for the first time. I have not carried my SpeedyB yet...

I am considering an LV bag charm for my Speedy B 30 and my Neverfull MM, both in the Mono canvas. I have heard some say the Mono is "too busy".

Do you use a bag charm?

Does the hook scratch the D-Ring?

I never did but my husband loves buying bag charms for some unknown reason so now I do. I don't find that it looks too busy nor have I found it scratches the hardware. I don't like bag charms on the neverfull because I think they look weird hanging from the strap.

Perhaps that is a better option. With which canvas do you use the pom pom?
The charm I was considering cost $295..and that is the least expensive charm they have. . I have some beautiful pom poms.

I have a small luggage tag on my speedy 25b. I have no plans on purchasing a charm - looks young IMO. Save your money for a keychain. I don’t even use the lock that came with the bag. However, I am planning to buy the right bandeau and use it as a giant bow.

Sorry for the miscommunication. For me, the charms go on a bag but an actual keychain holds your keys.
