This unisex fragrance is more on the feminine side, whereas On The Beach and California Dream are heavier. It dries down to a powdery floral with a hint of citrus. It’s so nice that I can’t stop sniffing myself. It’s unlike any other fragrance that I have smelled before. It’s definitely unique. This is my second favorite LV scent behind Coeur Battant. Thanks for the info ! I was in the store last week and was finally able to smell what ""Spell On You" is like. I didn't care for it. Still, I was given a few samples, and tried it again yesterday, it was so different from the way I remember it in the store .... much more pleasant !!??? Wonder why..... Anyway, I absolutely LVoe "On the Beach" so is this new one similar ??

You're welcome! On The Beach and California Dream are the heavier unisex scents. City of Stars is more lighter and feminine, so it's not similar. It's unique and doesn't smell like any other scent. It's more of a powdery citrus floral. Hopefully, you'll be able to test it out in store and see how you like it.

Can’t wait to test it too! I love California Dream, but I’d love to have a softer, more feminine scent for summer too to alternate. I have On the beach too, but gave it to my husband because I liked it better on a man.

I don't like California Dream or On The Beach either. Those scents are too heavy and masculine for me. City of Stars is way more feminine. It's floral with a hint of citrus. I would suggest trying it out first before getting a bottle. Maybe you can try it on in store or maybe call customer service and see if they can send you a sample.
