It kind of is a sin b/c upper mgmt advises not to show the new collection until the floorset.... the sa could get written up for it :sad:

I went in to my Coach boutique last weekend to ask about the black/silver signature stripe bags and the SA brought out the spiral-bound book with all the new collections. While she was writing down my information so she could call me when they come in I paged through the book and she didn't say anything. I loved the new legacy bags! :tender:

What is the "big book"? Do the outlet stores have a copy as well? Does it have things not shown on the website?

I may have to stop by the Coach store on my way home from class (to get to my college I have to take the bus to the mall and then another to my school) this week to take a look at the embossed line!!

They gave all the store managers that book at the annual store managers conference specifically for that reason, to show the new stuff to customers and let them get a peak at what is coming up. Only like 10% of the items are in that books but it gives you an idea.

Well that makes me even madder that the store I stopped in wouldn't share then!

Outlet stores do not have them. The "big book" in question is the "Coach By Special Request" book. You can see it laying around full price stores (it is red). It basically has 95% of everything Coach has available in it.
