This is a good representation of the two sizes on my mom; wearing size 17 JUCs. First is the medium size. Second is the classic size. I personally like the classic size on her but she is leaning more towards the medium size. The medium is definitely a statement piece 
I'm considering the Medium Juste un Clou and wondering how the sizing compares with the Classic. I spoke with a Cartier SA this afternoon and got a very helpful piece of information. In size 18, for example, the inside measurement is 6.3 cm for both Classic and Medium. It's the outside measurement that differs because the Medium is thicker. The Classic outside measurement is 7 cm, whereas the Medium is .3 cm larger at 7.3 cm. Although both Classic and Medium are beautiful, the Medium (in this photo) has much more impact. The JUC in this photo is 17 cm, one size too small for me.
They are both amazing ! I feel the larger one would do well as a stand alone piece. If you enjoy stacking ,the classic one works well.
My mom actually ended up returning the regular JUC for the medium thickness. She seems to be enjoying it. I still wear my regular JUC and love it.
I am late to this party - I have a classic size JUC and find this medium model intriguing. Is it substantially larger than the classic? I love my white gold classic in size 17 (one size down, as recommended), and wonder if anyone has any experience whether this medium might be a little too much? I know the large is very chunky and more feminine.
