I tried registering for the Hermès sale last night and after I selected the date and time I recieved this message. I called Hermes earlier today and they said the website is down and that they'll be sending me another email with an updated link but I was wondering did anyone else get the same message when trying to confirm a date/time or did you recieve confirmation immediately?

I think OP was asking whether anyone else that shops at AD received an invite. As someone else mentioned, the stores and individual SAs don’t send out the invites. They’re handled by Hermes corporate.
Ok, makes sense. I didn’t see any indication on the invite and remembered seeing somewhere that corporate sends the invites.
Those who had trouble securing a time slot and called or emailed Hermes, could you please provide the phone number or email used?
I was able to register a time slot for myself and added my partner as guest. But he hasn’t received his personal email invitation to the sale. When he tried to use my link he was denied. I emailed [email protected] and was told they have no control over the matter. I’m not sure if it’s worth pursuing or to just let it go. Help!

My plus one was able to get in and select a time slot but its later in the day than mine and we do not want to sit there all day. So frustrating.

In NJ we have sale event in jersey city, but you should be invited , when I asked my SA she said the store(American dream mall) had nothing to do with it ?!
Is it better to pick the last slot on an earlier (day 3) or the second slot (day 4) of the sale. Those who have been, please advise as it’s my first time and I am confused about what time is best! Do they renew inventory through the day even for the last slots? I’ll be driving from out of state so I don’t know if it’s worth it go for the last slot but then again if I go on day 4 the inventory might have thinned out. Please help.

It does not matter. They restock throughout the day
It will be my first time going also. I figure it is better to go on an earlier day than a later day even if you have an earlier slot because they restock during the day. I think you’d have a better chance of seeing what you want or asking if they have it in the back on an earlier day. But once they sell out of a particular item or size, that’s it. I’ll be going in the afternoon on the second day.
Last time I went (NYC sale), I was there the 3rd day towards the end of day. There was a good amount of merchandise left, but all the popular sizes, colors and styles were all sold out. No one was restocking and everyone was just trying to sell the merchandise that was already out. I'm not sure if they brought out more merchandise the next day.
