New Blue Topaz Ring!!

Hey all. If you all remember I was having issues with wearing my diamond engagement ring. (thread here) I was just too scared to lose something that cost so much on a daily basis because I do remove my jewelry often. (I work with kids). Anyways, today DF and I were just walking around window shopping and he totally surprised me by getting me this ring I was just drooling over. It's a simple sweet blue topaz ring that I can wear in a replacement of my diamond engagement ring!! Now something that didn't cost an arm and a leg that I can wear without feeling like I will hit something with the prongs or accidentally hit someone in the eye (I did that before to a kid at work!!). My new ring has no big sharp points an the prongs aren't very high as well!! The only downer is I can't wear it or show it to anyone until Christmas!! Haha he said he was going to buy it for me for a Christmas gift but this was the only one so he just bought it then and there for me and I have to sit and wait. (Dang it!!) So I don't have a picture of it and I can't find anything similar to it!! So I looked it up to show you how it kind of looks... It's not exactly like this picture shown, but similar in color. Oh, and the ring is an emerald cut blue topaz with small diamonds on the all over the ring and two circles or diamonds on the side. I tried to draw it on Paint on my computer to give you an idea but it's not exactly like that. The little black circles on the drawing represent the diamonds that go around the ring similar to the way the diamonds are going around the photo above. Just remember that the diamonds also go all the way in a circle on both sides as well! Sorry I'm not a great artist and thank you for letting me share!!

(Oh and BTW when I do get to finally take this baby out of it's box on Christmas I will definitely post the pictures and you can see what it really looks like.)

omg....you are offically stalking my mind:nuts:!! You picked out my another dream ring :heart: I fell in love with this style the color when i first saw it on Tiffany.com. Its such a gorgeous ring,:hugs: congrats, sweetie!!!!!

Congrats on another beautiful ring! I actually have a blue topaz / diamond ring I wear on my right hand (was a wedding gift from DH). It actually looks really similar to the drawing you made, lol.
