Suede Gallery Tote. I have one from a few years back in Chocolate with fuschia piping and I love it!!! Mine does have the metal tag.
Yeah it means that your's is a Suede Book Tote, which is a little taller and narrower than the gallery totes. Very pretty

Yeah suede book tote..it was hard to tell from the pics but I thought maybe it looked a little thinner than the gallery totes. I only ever see book totes at the outlets but they are a great size/shape.

and ya I guess it was a pretty good deal. It was originally $439, the outlet price tag was marked at $389 but then it was marked down to $250 with 20% off so it came to $200 without tax.
There were so many of them too, in a few different colors and sizes.
Oh and I got it at Tanger out on Long Island
I think the metal tags may be used when the bag is first released to the select few stores as a limited edition? It later gets released in the regular line with a leather tag. This is just a guess based on my legacy shoulder bag. I bought it in the summer at the Coach store when it was for select stores only. It has 2 brass tags - the rectangular one and the circle one.
