My SA told me today that VCA is going to release a new line soon based on astrological signs. She didn’t have any pictures but she said it would be a largish circular pendant that would hang lower than the typical Alhambra Vintage pendants. Has anyone heard anything about this? Curious what it will look like.

Ahhhh...I feel every brand is doing this now! I know Astrology is nothing new and zodiac medallions and charms have been around forever (I even have one which was a gift back from when I was born) but I am surprised they would band wagon jump on this reemerged "trend" which I associate more with designers such as Jacquie Aiche or Foundrae. I never say "never" as I haven't seen it yet and could quite possibly be a beautiful collection. I should note I'm more surprised they are venturing back into an arena that just about everyone has dipped their creative toes into more so than poo-pooing the designs before seeing them.

I am a Gemini also! I feel your pain here. I have always been drawn towards celestial designs, but for anything based on astrological signs the Gemini version always seems to be the least appealing. How can designers make barnyard animals look more beautiful than a representation of the twins?I’m so excited about this!!! I’m curious to see what kind of stones/cute designs will vca release
The older ones aren't my vibe so I hope it's not the same. I do like them, but not my style. It reminds me a little of the bulgari coin pieces- it has an ancient byzantine look to it.

I’m so curious lolYou may want to check out Briony Raymond. She used to be an SA at VCA and now runs her own jewelry boutique. She has a line of zodiac medallions, and I personally think the Gemini is her best one!
