I am so sorry to hear that @GAN. It is indeed disappointing! That’s a very good idea to try a bag shaper - hopefully it will help with this issue and will also prevent any future possible structural damage to the bag.

Try to stuff it with some clothes for a while and it will regain its shape. I had my NeoNoe a bit squished in the closet for a while and it was bent here and there. Stuffed it with a cashmere pullover, pushed it back in its shape and let it stand for a while and shape is normal again now.

Hi there I just went into the LV store today to look at the canvas NeoNoe and the SA brought out the black epi leather as well which I wasn’t even considering. It is gorgeous! It’s stiffer than the canvas but i loved how beautiful and understated it is. It also comes with a top handle which the canvas does not. I didn’t buy it but am now deep in research (bringing me to this post) and will almost certainly go back for it.

Can anyone post some neo noe epi noir or empreinte noir modshots? I am trying to choose between the two, and can not make a decision for the life of me.
i LOVE the feel of empreinte, and how squishy and soft and comfortable it is. I do not mind if embossing completely fades with time. Also the pocket inside is leather too. My biggest worry is I don’t like any attention, I live in a small town of 1000 people and they rip you to shreds over that stuff. I know I shouldn’t care, but I heard it’s part of being in your 20s? Lol
but I LOVE how understated epi is, no one knows it’s an LV, and the silver hardware is so stunning.
please HELP

I only have Empriente NeoNoe but I am more than happy to post its pics here. I don't find it particularly "loud" despite Empriente monogram. If anything - at times maybe a bit "boring" given that its plain black. In times like these I tend to add a twilly on the shorter strap or switch plain longer strap to "spice it up".
Good luck deciding as they are equally beautiful ;)

Is yours made in France?
I’m leaning on the empreinte because I love the leather in general more than the epi. Does yours feel bulky against your body? I can’t find many pics of people wearing the empreinte as a shoulder bag!

Yes, mine is made in France :blush:.
Though it’s not a small bag, surprisingly it doesn’t feel bulky at all. The leather feels soft yet durable and it sits quite comfortably under the arm as a shoulder bag. Its not as rigid as Epi NeoNoe or even my Emprienter Pochette Métis (granted PM is a more structured bag) but it also doesn’t feel as soft as a canvas.
There are some videos on YouTube reviewing and modeling Empriente NeoNoe MM - hopefully you can find what you are looking for!

awesome, I prefer MIF or MIS lol. It really looks like the perfect medium bag! My jaw dropped when i saw it first came out in empreinte. Didn’t pull the trigger because I was worried about the opening. But I’ve since realized I never close my bags anyways lol. Yeah I think the epi would be bulkier, the lady in that video felt that way about the epi bb, I can only imagine the mm. And that would drive me nuts seeing dents or scratches on epi, but on empreinte I would say just part of story. Well I guess that settles it, thank you so much for your help! I will post pics when I get mine! :)
Love your twilly btw! I just picked up the Hermes zebra Pegasus in red which would look perfect too!

Oh my! Was yours leather or canvas one? I have heard in the past about canvas NeoNoe having a glazing issue in the bottom but haven’t heard anything regarding leather pieces.

I have the Neonoe epi noir and it´s my favorite bag! It´s absolutely gorgeous and yet understated. I have a few older pictures:

I have been using it a lot and there are no issues at all. The bag is very sturdy.
