NeoNoe MM Mono/Black advice??????

I got the NeoNoe MM in Monogram/Black December 2021 and used it a handful of times. Unfortunately within 6 months I had glazing issues. Throughout a 4 month period when I was at the mall with my LV store, I would bring it in to exchange. I was very polite and respectful - the first 2 times I was told it was normal, not an issue, and they wouldn't repair or exchange. The 3rd time the SA took it to the repair person in the back and said it was a known issue, and they could exchange it. They didn't have another one in stock so they ordered one to ship me. The one I received had a stitching issue. I brought it back to the store right away and ultimately exchanged it for credit towards another purse.

The NeoNoe is a beautiful purse! Honestly it seems like all purses can have issues, and in general LV has excellent customer service, so if you love her, get it!! :heart: Good luck and can't wait to see your new purse!

Thank you so much! I’m sorry you had so many problems with this purse. These are the issues I’m afraid of which makes me nervous to pull the trigger on this one. Still thinking!!!!
