Hi everyone. I am hoping for some help. ok....here we go. I started for sure wanting an artsy but it was pointed out with my shoulder and back problem (the stairs won) it might not be the best. Any thoughts? So i was looking at the Graceful then the neo noe with the black caught my eye. I do not have a store close enough to pop into. I ususally order and hate the stress of returning. It is late here, so excuse my grammar errors. TIA

My vote goes to Graceful PM. It’s very lightweight and you can wear it crossbody with a shoulder strap. It lays flat against your body whereas the neonoe sticks out.
I have also back and shoulder problems and the crossbody option is best for me. When I like I can wear the Graceful PM on the shoulder and it doesn’t slip.

I say go for the NeoNoé. You can even carry it as a handbag if you don't want to use a shoulder bag here and there. It's a beautiful bag and seems really versatile.

Gracefull or the Neo Noe. Personally the Artsy handle should have deep arch for shoulder comfort. I think that the key to make it comfortable.

The empriente Artsy handle is more comfortable than the canvas version. At least that what I heard.

I've never owned a Neo Noe, but I did have a Graceful at one time (loved loved loved her -- only sold to fund another purchase). If you want a light, body-friendly bag that drapes so, so beautifully, I can vouch for the Graceful checking off those boxes.

I've owned a number of Artsy bags and all of mine were purchased after 2019. I've found the handle to be soft and forgiving. It seems, based on tPF's older posts, that the older Artsy models had cork rather than rope inside the handle. So to me, the Arty has been a joy to carry. That said, if you're looking for a light bag, the Graceful is it -- not the Artsy.
