Need your help with buying my first Rolex

That is a safe thought... How much is a new dial if you buy it seperately? I wish the rolex dealers overhere would have more on display to try on!
When we went to look, i was lucky that there was someone who took the time for me and had the bracelets changed and all. However the dial is another story.

Can't remember the exact price but I think it was around £500 fitted but the diamond one would be around a £1,000....... I think Rolex will change the dial within the first 3 months for a small fee so it might be worth checking that out with the dealer, it took me a year to decide on my second Rolex as I sort of regretted the first one & have since sold the Yachmaster & purchased a Cartier out of the money so don't rush into deciding

I love yours!! I'm just afraid it looks better with the jubilee bracelet...
I thought the stick marks could look more casual?

My other watches are a different look. A SS Rolex datejust/oyster/white jubilee dial w Arabic No from my BF, a tag heuer Monaco w black leather strap, a vacheron Constantin rose gold w brown leather strap and a SS Guess collection watch I've been wearing forever. So all completely different.

Well, since you already have one with the Oyster bracelet, I suggest you get this one with the Jubilee for variety.
The one I posted is my 2nd, and I tried to get it different in every way than my 1st (except the fact that they're both YG/SS).

Thank you! I'm really an oyster bracelet girl, i always dress casual. Mostly skinny jeans and a top with cowboy boots or high heels. I feel the jubilee bracelet is a little dressy for me.
However I really think the dial makes te watch look so different! I really don't know yet... Why no votes for the stick marks ?

I have a SS oyster w/ silver dial/stick marks in WG, it's casual yet classy - and it would look amazing on a TT, so I vote stick marks on silver dial! Roman numerals and diamond marks, even though they're lovely, seemed too dressed up for me for my everyday watch. I also love black dial, as someone already suggested. Good luck!

Which one did you choose? And between which Cartier BB? i hope you don't mind me asking. My SA said there are many people who choose between those two watches... most of them end up with a rolex

so it wa always teh small BB for me. But at first i thought about the TT but i found you could barley tell it was TT so not worth the price. Ultimitley it as between BB SS smal or rolex

i ended up getting a datejust 31 in SS/RG with smooth bezle jubillee strap and pink roman dial. i first chose white roman dial but felt the pink (since it is so light)blended with the RG better and made the RG stand out more. Also i am eventually going to switch to white MOP roman face so thought id do something different for now

BUT i have to wait for a month to get my watch in and since i dont have it in my possesion and cant look at it...im nervous and hopping i made the right choice! im thinking about the BB....and the BB was less than 1/2 the price! hopefully when i see my rolex ill know i made the right choice!!!

I am partial to the silver dial. It was the first one I bought (in SS). I think silver is also stunning on TT, and that would be my pick for you. Beautiful!

I know this is an old thread, but I absolutely LOVE your watch! This is the exact model that I am considering to purchase. I love the white mother of pearl dial with the gold Roman numerals; it looks beautiful. I don't know if I want the MOP face or champagne face though! Do you find the MOP face worth the extra cost?

Yes! Definitely worth it! Its so deep and unique and just gorgeous especially with the gold Roman numerals IMO!!!
