I am very sorry that you are living with anxiety. It can be crippling, and I feel for you.
I live in an oven. During the summer months, I have to wear SPF clothing because I have a mild form of sun-allergy. I know how damaging heat and sun can be, so I sympathize.
I agree with the person who suggested Longchamp le Pliage. They're great beaters for all types of extreme weather. If you keep one in your car, you can slip a more expensive leather bag inside it if you're worried about exposure. Really, any large, light-colored fabric shopper would work.
I also agree that you should ask your doctor to help you find relief, whether in the form of meds, talk therapy, or both. Anxiety is neither shameful nor your fault, and anyone who ridicules you for it is adding to the problem. You deserve better than that.
