I vote for the Hamilton. I prefer the shape of it and I like that it has a shoulder strap.

They are so different, so hard to say. The accent leather on the Hamilton is goregous in the chestnut color. But I love the more straight forward Grayson. I wouldn't discount the ease of access issues. I've gone down that heart break highway...only to regret the purchase of a must-have bag, but leave it behind in the dustbag because it's too hard to utilize. Good luck!

My vote is for the Hamilton, of course I have it and have gotten tons of compliments. Also, it keeps its shape better than the all leather Hamilton
