Need opinions on Rolex dial change!

I prefer the simplicity of the one without the numbers. But as someone else mentioned, I had to really look to see the difference.

I prefer the one with roman numerals since it's quite big and have a presence

Thanks all for your great feedback.... I need to make a decision by Monday but I'm leaning towards keeping the current dial with the romans. Does anyone feel that this dial looks too "masculine"? I fear that it being a 36mm watch, I don't want the dial to look unfeminine in any way. Thoughts?

It looks great!
I do like the dial with roman markings, but that makes the watch look a little more casual and sporty as compared to the plain dial. Plain is just clean and classy.
Both look good though!
