Need help with DHL and returning an item to 24s

I have many times and honestly I don't think they want to refund me. It's a total scam!
I know this is an old thread but would love to know if others who were struggling with this issue ever got it resolved! I’m attempting to return a BV Andiamo to Selfridges from the US and have already had the package returned once because DHL needed an EIN. It’s looking as though it’s about to happen again so I wonder if I’ll have to get one too now. 
I’m also revisiting this thread. I just sent a bag back to 24S and am dealing with the same issue with fedex. I wasn’t aware I needed to fill
Out a power of attorney to return something back to the original country. I called 24 s and the sent me a Dhl form, but the return label was for fedex! I just called back and the person I spoke to said they will handle it internally through fedex. I’m hoping this gets cleared up.

I have returned things to 24S with no problem whatsoever -- they sent it via DHL, provided me with the paperwork to return. DHL driver (we see each other fairly often) took all the paperwork, put some in the box and rest on the box. Refund immediately. I don't understand how a RETURN can be subject to tax issues. The company isn't importing it and you are not exporting something to someone who bought from you. It's simply a return. The USPO has never given me an issue either. I never heard of an EIN issue.
