Are you asking if Made in France could mean something else? Like what?

What I meant by that is that sometimes a company can be headquartered geographically in one place, yet, the item can be manufactured in another.

This is of course true of LV. However, "Made in []" is literal. The "Louis Vuitton Paris" stamp is what denotes the company headquarters.
