I just bought an estate piece from Lucky Diamonds through ebay (but they're based in Philly). It was a good price and there was room for negotiation (I did the "best offer" thing).

I can't vouch for them in person but when I looked up their business on Google, some pictures showed they had an extensive estate collection (I saw a love bracelet in there!) and lots of watches. You may do well with your budget!

If you would like to get the Tank, you should check out Wempe on 5th Ave. Probably the best watch place in NYC. You should be able to save tax if you ship to Philly. Or you could go to Saks and open a Saks card if you don't have one. I think you can get 10% off.

Ill check out that Luck Diamonds place. Its a few blocks from my job. And I dont have a Saks card I will check that out too. Im a big fan of saving money anyway I can. I dont shop at saks to often will they discount the watch any if I ask? I know some places will. It would be nice to get a discount and then get a discount for opening a charge with them. I know theres one in center city by my job just never been.
