Need Help! Gucci Bag Complaint -- Poor Quality and Customer Service!

So recently I've noticed that the top of my gucci bag sits crooked. I believe this is a defect because I've only had the bag for 10 days. What do you think? I've heard some bad reviews about Gucci's customer service.

Did you buy in store? Honestly I have the sweetest sales associates at my local Gucci. I would go in and ask if they can exchange it.
 
I will say, I called the Gucci in Waikiki and said "hi I'm just calling to see if you have a certain Bag in stock" the ass responsed "no we don't have it"


WHAT. I hung up on him because I was so mad. And not to be rude, but his English was really terrible. When he answered the phone I honestly thought he was speaking Japanese. The only thing I could understand was "gucci" and "waikiki " I can't. So rude.

I wouldn't let one idiot ruin it for you, put a complaint into Gucci customer service!
