I hope yours will be sold very soon! Actually it always depend of requested price))) I was not using it because… for me it was too heavy, too roomy and too flashy. I found out to prefer crossbody small bags, which are under radar. I only need to have with me some cards (ID, credit cards, sanitary card, car key card) and the phone I keep by hand. And another factor was my style of life. Of course the first week I wear it also in supermarket as you know what I mean…. but it was stupid and out of good sense of being secure. This bag takes a lot of attention and could be stolen also for itself, because of its high value. I was feeling it like this. When it was a special occasion, specially long lunch or dinner (I live in Italy), it was too big and I posed it on the neck of my chair don’t having full control of it, sometimes touched by waiters serving. I believe it’s just not mine cup of tee. The same arguments for Birkin. I love my H clutch with crossbody option, I use another premium bags, I just prefer to be more secure your know. I believe that I prefer shoes over bags or jewelry )))).

Thank you! I hope so too. Yes I agree with you on that it is flashy. I just don’t feel safe carrying a high value purse around to be stolen lol At least with the Cartier or jewelry it’s stuck on me. I understand what you mean, sometimes all you need to bring is those items and that’s it. You have valid and fair reason why it didn’t work out but in a way it did because you sold it and are happy! I understand what you mean about security. I personally just don’t have the itch for luxury bags anymore. Shoes are always great!

I hope you love your new bracelet! I agree, Chanel bags are quite flashy and I don't feel that safe carrying them in public especially when I'm by myself so I rarely use them (I'm also strongly considering selling them). I've recently opted to just carry plain tote bags. I feel like jewelry is a lot more discreet and can easily be hidden if needed. I wear mine almost 24/7 and love how they look. Also I don't baby my jewelry and they still look great. I'm always super careful with my bags and notice every single imperfection, which is no fun.

I have both items and one mostly sits in a drawer and the other is worn 24/7 ~ I love the Chanel, don't get me wrong but I've had it for several years now and it just doesn't get used as much as I thought it would, maybe because it's too small for my everyday bag or the fact that I have such a casual lifestyle. My love bracelet doesn't leave my wrist and so I value that much more. Also, it always looks great ~ even with sweats on, lol!

My advice would be to think about it for awhile, you don't want to make a decision like this on a whim. With Chanel prices being what they are now chances are you won't repurchase if you regret selling.

Thank you! I'm looking forward to getting it!! I completely understand and I feel the same way. That's so funny, I do the same thing! I've actually been using the brand Thirty Years tote bags. I feel the fit my lifestyle and fit everything. I don't really buy luxury bags anymore unless I really like it.

That's good that you don't baby them! I think scratches gives it character and makes it feel more yours, if that makes sense lol Oh gosh, I am like that with bags. It gives me anxiety to see any dirt or crease. I can't live like that anymore!

Hi everyone!

I've been really wanting the Cartier Love Bracelet for the longest time. I was thinking of selling my Chanel Medium Classic Flap in GHW Caviar, because I never really used it. It's actually in like new condition because I never reach for it. Also to be a bit vulnerable here, my ex fiancé of 8 years and I purchased it together so there is a bit of memory to it. I kind of want to let it go but don't for that reason lol (if that makes any sense).

I was thinking it can be meaningful because I lost myself in that relationship and didn't love myself. This would be meaningful for me as I have learned to love myself and its a love bracelet to myself overcoming the tough and dark times. Btw, there is no option for me to just purchase the Cartier bracelet and keep the bag as I can't justify spending money like that anymore, personally.

I'm indecisive so I need all the help I can get! I'm very much a jewelry person but I know the Chanel classic bag keeps going up.

I think you should sell it if you don't wear the bag at all! You can take a picture of the bag with a Polaroid and keep the pic as memory.

I've sold it! I'm glad I did, I don't miss it and I think I made the right decision. That's a great idea! I should've done that!!! but its okay, I did take a photo of it. I said my goodbyes 😂
