I attempted to ask for a swap from a size 16 necklace to a size 18 necklace but they replied no. They said that I could either pay for lengthening or purchase the size 18 necklace. This occurred a month ago in Toronto, Canada.:pout:

I am not sure their return policy...maybe you could return it and then rebuy with the 18 in necklace.

We were talking about jewels and she told me that she doesn't like how Tiffany's silver tarnishes. So, it was an easy winner and I bought this:

I second this! Especially since you said she is a non petite woman, the 9 mm bead earrings really stand out and are a classic.
