I would like to give a bday gift to a co-worker and looking for something reasonable. I would like not to exceed $175. She is in her 40's and wears silver. I think the RTT may be a little too young for her.

Any suggestions?

you can always give her a gift card in that amount so let her choose something within that budget, or add on.

What about something from the olive leaf collection?

If she has pierced ears how about the 9mm bean earrings? Im really enjoying the pair I brought recently. They're more interesting than silver ball studs as a bit more sculptured. A Tiffany design but more discreet than RTT?

Thanks everyone for your suggestions! I think I love all of them. It is such a hard decision. I think I will narrow it down by what looks the largest since she is not a petite woman.

Yes! I think this will be the winner! Although, it is easy to be persuaded when it comes to Tiffany jewels. Thanks everyone.
Hi there, I have this pendant and love it, very versatile. One thought I wanted to share, you mentioned she is not petite. This comes on a 16" chain and there is no difference between the cost between the 16" and 18" chain for this particular pendant - you might ask the SA if you can switch it out for the 18" if that might be more comfortable for your friend.

They show on the site with the chain just going through the pendant, but you can also "loop" it through the pendant so it stays flat, and that works nicely with an 18" chain. I have another Tiffany pendant with an 18" chain that I swap out when I want to change it up. (Not sure I am describing that very well, here is a picture of the open heart that way: http://www.tiffany.com/jewelry/neck...keyword=open heart&trackpdp=search&fromcid=-1)
