I would consider waiting until you can go in the boutique. If you buy and return too many times, you can be banned from shopping at LV. Someone else can chime in, but I think it's 3 items in a year? I don't remember the exact details, but buying that expensive of a bag and not knowing a lot about the brand is a big risk, in my opinion.
Anything in plain in monogram is likely to be restocked. Things that are very colorful are likely to be seasonal. If you have your eye on something, you can always call customer service to be sure if you want to keep waiting for it, or move onto a different style bag.
The Felicie is a very small bag, more like a Wallet on Chain (WOC) style bag. You would get more into a Pochette Accessories, but you'd have to add a strap. If you like the way the Alma BB looks, that might be a better choice. I had and sold that bag, and prefer the Pochette Metis, but I'd say the Alma is closer to what you might be looking for.
